An E-Learning Management System represents a contemporary solution to address educational challenges by leveraging modern technology. It facilitates the online upload of educational materials while fostering one-on-one interaction between students and instructors, providing a platform for students to pose questions and receive answers digitally. This research endeavor primarily concentrates on assessing and developing an Interactive E-Learning Management System, aimed at showcasing how traditional learning systems can be enhanced through the integration of E-Learning Management System. The project employed the waterfall software methodology for application development, utilizing XAMP, HTML, PHP, CSS, Bootstrap, and MySQL to create the web-based E-Learning Management System. To carry out this research, a descriptive survey approach was employed, involving a sample of 100 educators (academic staff) drawn from five different higher institutions in Nigeria. The selection of educators was randomized, with twenty educators chosen from each institution, representing diverse academic disciplines. The research methodology involves data collection through a questionnaire, which was administered across the five higher institutions in Nigeria. The collected data was analyzed using simple percentages and frequent counts.
